		<description><![CDATA[Great workout, sweated a lot,  found it challenging especially the pistal squats as I have never attempted them before.  I can already feel my legs are tightening up. After all that,  I did find it quite satisfying.  Thanks to the great instructors &amp; great bunch of people. Henry]]></description>
